My name is Tim Szazynski (sha-zin-skēē).I grew up in a blue collar, hands on, hardworking family in Pittsburgh Pa. I Started working with my dad at five years of age in his remodeling/construction company. Pushed a broom for many years before being entrusted with more skilled labor.  I learned mostly by doing, making mistakes and redoing.  My dad was tough on me but nearly 50 years later I’m ever so grateful.  I was exposed to a wide variety of trades, tools and techniques along with a work ethic that is rare today.

 

When I moved to Indianapolis 30 years ago I started with  a  framing company building  houses in Hamilton County and  Geist areas.  Shortly after I moved into remodeling and restoration work.  Ten years later I  was managing for several local home builders.  My last stint was with the Estridge Group, through whom I learned much about quality control, running a schedule and keeping to a budget.

 

For the last decade I’ve had my own handyman business.  I can still pick up a clip board and be a manager for larger projects, but the majority of my jobs last 1 to 3 days.  My tag line is : “No job to small or to odd.”

 

My wife (Angie) and I enjoy working local and establishing trust with those in our community.  We count it a privilege and honor to be entrusted with the care of peoples homes.  The majority of our customers are repeats or referrals.
